I've done a work around I think.
I did a new purchased at full cost base in MAY. I also left notes in transaction at bottom that this was mayo conversion.
I then did a cancellation for the same number in MAYO and input my average buy price, once again leaving a note.
Everything seems to have worked out in the portfolio, and should be no CGT on MAYO with no profit or loss showing.
Best I could do for my records anyway.
