    The big problem here is what exactly the upside is. Sales in Europe are growing, but still tiny, and the US future to some extent has been mortgaged to Novaquest.

    Watching the company go through $5-10m a quarter in the meantime is not an enjoyable experience.

    Can't deny it's tempting, on a discount to cash, but the market clearly has no confidence in anything value adding emerging.
