2. JV imminent but no cash injection on the table. Funds required urgently to pay out IGC, Myleti or whatever = short extension, maybe with increased strike as per QSS.
3. JV not close to execution. Timing of an options extension determined by when Nkwe will likely run out of cash, so that Genorah don't have to sell off any more cheap shares ala $5M @ 25c. Maybe one year extension in new class of options.
