P, you are free to keep clutching at straws but the market doesn't reward self-delusion, IMO.

When (not if) Genorah needs more money they will most likely do what they have always done, ie issue even more discounted shares + options, IMO.

Gifts of value to option holders who will have lost out on a high risk/ reward GAMBLE does not help Genorah under any scenario, IMO.
