It was a very exciting day on Friday with the announcement and SP surge that followed. I must admit I held the heads until just over 4c and then had to sell (price wise and other financial reasons).
The other reason I sold is that I've been accumulating the options recently and felt that was the best way to hold these for the longer term.
It's interesting that there are a number of regular posters that have noted their options holding also.
