NO Dilemma, it's the best, win-win positions for both the shareholders and the option holders

1. for shareholders   -   No dilution, 

2. for option holders - you can have your BLK shares at lower cost. (you should know how to do)

for example,  you purchased an option at 3 cents (or 1 cent) in market and you can buy a BLK share at 4.5 cents now, total cost for a BLK share would be 7.5 cents ( or 5.5 cents). if you want to have a BLK share by exercising the option at 8 cents, your total cost of a BLK share would be 11 cents (or 9 cents).   
If your options were free, you can buy a BLK share at 4.5 cents, much much cheaper than 8 cents paying at the exercise price.

Forget the gold price and Dec 18 Quarter Report, BLK's new life will start on 1 Feb 2019.  

14 Feb 2019 is another key date for BLK.
