Hi DrArthur & Takeover man, thanks for the advice BUT ..... isn't the monthly payment $250,000?

Aren't there 3 months in each quarter?

That equals $750,000 each quarter!

Where is the $750,000 payment shown in the quarterly. I looked a couple of posts up BTW.
