    Bought my first PLV holding yesterday. Why?-great potential, great HC coverage!, given proven resources, extraction and conveying appears possible, great partner on Cockatoo island their experience will be a bonus, etc.

    Hope there are not too many enviro issues.

    Just need to firm up the resources.

    Re the $5M. Reckon it will be a lot more than that. Also have to fund stage 2 drilling etc. And while gathering cash best to get too much rather than have a too soon second grab. Uneducated guess would be $10-15M.
