Hi Miki,

I based the 4.5 cents on what I think would be a reasonable return for all those shareholders (me included) who bought shares over 12 months ago for 3-4 cents because we did our research and believed in the company.Why should Directors get a pay increase or bonus for devaluing our investment by two thirds? I am not playing a blame game here and I still have faith in the company. However, bonuses should be given based on results and we have to base the results on the share price. I believe that the share price will rise, but lets wait until then before we start rewarding AM and co.
