However, just for the record - let me state that I support every word that you have written re the options deal.

To robhood - every reputable private equity fund in Australia requires that the CEO and every other senior executive of their investee companies puts in REAL DOLLARS into the deal. They will get options etc as well - but there is a strong belief that management will only stick with a project when the going gets really really tough if they have put their house onto the line.

As for US funds being drawn to PRR due to free management options, fortrend facility etc. . . . . .. now, that is just funny.

I am not saying they won;t attract funding - but it would take a very twisted/(Robhood) perspective to make these features into an Investment Highlight!
