yes you're right RH he does respond promptly. One time while in the middle of the Bio conference in Atlanta.
My mail to him about the PRR website was May 28 so after Atlanta and his response was same day.
His response was to tell me that my feedback was appreciated and that he has been thinking that the website needed an overhaul. He kept as brief as that.
