They give you the right, but not the obligation, to pay an additional 1.5c per option for RMXO or 3c per option for RMXOA to convert to normal RMX shares. If the share price is above the exercise price (1.5c or 3c) then you are normally better off paying the conversion fee but if the share price is below the exercise price then you are better off not exercising and buying shares on market if you wish to do so.
