If notes were bought now, can they still be converted to shares? What was the cut-off date on the 11Mar and 17Mar?
Is it also true that if the company went bust, the noteholders will get the full $13.50 per note back after ERG is wound up?
If this is not the case, will a noteholder get any refund on the notes after ERG is wound up, and how much is this likely to be?
