The delay in testing is a bit wierd. They could plug the hole at the base of the last casing and perforate layers to get some flow rates very quickly before considering a frac program. This can be done over a few days. A frac crew can be organised pretty quickly and don't take long to set up. I am a little bemused about the wait. Of course there may be more work of this nature going on and yet to be announced to market. This would not be unusual but should be done under a TH. We'll all find out soon enough though.
