Unless there is quite a big find/ discovery I cannot see it happening. IMHO there are only a few ways logically for this to happen.
1. STO drill mt kitty 3/4 qtr this year and find a stack load of gas
2..STO drill the HVS around meernie and get it to flow a heap of oil
3. CTP get their own rig and put more wells around surprise. Short of a CR or another farm out this is not going to happen before the oppies expire.
The above is my opinion, like it or flame it, it is a forum after all.
