Dilution is normally not a good thing for any company... NORMALLY!
But for MOY (MOYOB) i would say it would be the biggest benefit possible for the company to receive an injection of $45m -
This would also limit the need for any future dilution or placements.
Also its not a direct dilution as the company grows its balance sheet with $45m cash!
The future would not be so limited with so much cash!
