@dooooz the way I look at it, the PIA should actually be added onto (not subtracted) as the buyer is saving interest on not having to borrow the full amount of buying the ARU shares eg 1.0mil shares ARU cost $460K vs 1.0mil ARUO cost $100K held for 12 months an interest saving of $360K x 6.0% is $21,600 or just over 2.1 cents a share.....so 46-34 plus 2.1 = 14.1 .... and BTW I don't think its a PIA to exercise options.....BPay is such a wonderful Banking Payment system BCode + Ref No is supplied by Share Registry once your buy trade (of ARUO) settles. Biggest risk is holding to Feb 2024 and the SP is under 45.5c (for this/my trade described above)!!
My thought is that ARUO are lagging because there are just not enough "liquid" options (they are being tightly held by those who received them for free at the last CR/Placement in Aug) and thus the current buyers (most are instos) cannot get hold of enough to satisfy their needs.
