Black-Scholes considers income, dividends and prevailing interest rates I believe, it's not appropriate for Arafura.
Just understand the total cost of the shares you're buying: 34c plus the cost to buy the options 10c. If share price is above 44c at current prices, you're in the money were you to exercise them.
