Also; IF repeat IF a takeover offer was made, what happens to the options? Any takeover bid is for x$ per share based on the number of shares on issues at that time; therefore the Company cannot issues more shares ie convert options into shares
I get the impression they become worthless, but please someone correct me if I have mis-understood
