In April last year we bought an Apartment off the plan. Yesterday an update advised the value had risen by 20% suggesting an increase of 300K for our off the plan investment. (Might add we are looking forward to moving in)
As I see it this ARU option deal is similar just with an element of higher risk. So to proceed one weighs up the reward v risk.
I can only see reward.….All IMO….There is a need to DYOR……cheers
