For those interested here is the email reply i received Re the August Options…………..I have now investigated the ARUO listed options, which were issued in August as part of the placement to raise $41.5 million (before costs). Only those participants who were eligible (from participating in the placement) were sent option offer documents.
I have attached the ASX announcement of 5 August 2022 regarding the placement and the Options Prospectus and this image below shows an extract from the Prospectus that explained the background and process:
At this time, Arafura Rare Earths Ltd does not have a shareholder option purchase plans in place. The existing listed options are tradeable through accredited brokers (Options - Buying and selling (asx.com.au) .
