    Options out of the way now, although we still have a week for them to be converted and completely out of the picture.

    The next issue might be the convertible note...they need to maintain a VWAP over 22.5c for 20 consecutive trading days...just one day below this and they start all over again.

    I'll be looking for them to establish a comfortable margin above this?

    Lets not forget the uranium spin-off?
