Yep.
It doesnt sound like you've left anything out, it is that simple to see the value.
The only difficulty is that some people (vast majority of traders) cannot actually trade options....they have not fulfilled the criteria and dont know how to (visit the ASX and confirm that you understand risks, decay, leverage etc - this is a mechanism put in place by the ASX to make sure that noone accidently puts the themselve into super-leverage zone and loses their house overnight).
If you have read the booklet/{PDF) and have a desire, as stated, its a dang sight better investment, by 30% indeed.
