As bad as it is for option holders (myself included), it may actually be good for the company and FPO shareholders. If frac results are superb and s/p rockets, to say 17c, the company could cap raise at 15c the same number of shares as the option issue. End result - same dilution, 50% more cash in the kitty. Something to ponder...
