    I'm probably going to come across as a dike but have you bothered looking into the companies past? or just gone off what people post on HC? The company previously monetised Mt Jewell and they've managed to secure their pot for this long so i'm sure they have a rough understanding. In any case if further financial knowledge is needed it's not that hard to bring someone on board at that juncture.
