    The only set rule is he will SELL. How long it takes will vary on market conditions. The other rule is the shares are ALWAYS cheap. 85% of VWAP.

    Are you expecting the note to convert in 2months? No chance of being paid back in cash? Why not convert on maturity in 8months?
