Won't be much change to top up when the SP gets closer to 25c, don't forget the options only came about from one capital raise, there's not that many out there.
I suspect there'd be someone trying to get a stake in TGM who will snap up the options and then convert to shares (to try and dilute other main shareholders down)
You can't really accumulate TGM onmarket, no shares for sale.
Whoever does this will drive the SP up once they've got enough oppies before they convert
