    This close to expiry date there is more risk in buying options. Yes there is an arbitrage opportunity with the price gap, but there is also the risk of the heads drifting lower in the case of no material news. Oppies holders will be looking to either sell heads to pay for conversion, or sell some oppies. This looks to be keeping the price of both constrained. Post expiry we will hopefully move up.
