The options were exercised by management and related parties.
In order to fund these, existing shares that already belonged to management in the order of 4.2 Million $ were sold to other parties at 8c.
The selling does not come from the exercising of options as the shares belong to the directors. Any buy or sell will need to be advised to the market.
