To what extent should we be concerned if one of the jv partners...

To what extent should we be concerned if one of the jv partners is selling off options in its partner company? Can it be viewed as merely a corporate necessity; a necessary evil from a cash strapped junior?
Are there more serious concerns afoot?
The published drilling results and recent EL applications look sensational, but does this take the gloss off it all somewhat?
Still looking forward to the results, which should be out early this coming week. One would hope that over the medium term, with excellent results, all this selling would be absorbed by the market.
