re: options question - smuggler < Ross.....the funniest thing on the BQT stock board you see options as a bad thing (and BQT directors do excercise theirs) yet you are seeing options given to someone who does NOT work for LOOK as good.

Barry, you may be just a little 'out of touch' with Looksmart these days, as it may not be news to you, as yet, but Teresa Dial has NOT left LOOK and she (as a board member) most certainly remains a very valuable person, continuing to work for LOOK. OK ??

Oh I read them all right. Probably not as 'in depth' as you do. (Although, I do note you don't get the 'facts' right, as is proven above). But It's not such a concern for me, other than to understand that 'there is NO free rides', with LOOK.

These recent options, awarded to both Teresa Dial, total = 78,041 & Anthony Castagna, total = 27,365 are purely BONUS type, (as I see it) being 'over & above' those, granted within their initial employment, (options) plan. They are a reward for performance.

With BQT, the options were purely a 'fund raising exercise', on the back of a phony 'consensus' notice, to fool a lot of unsuspecting buyers, on this & other boards. ('Aided & abetted' by the likes of you & 'barren', of course!!)

As a shareholder, (& one who understands the great work that has obviously transpired of late), David Hills (along with Dial & Castagna) have been rightly rewarded (by the board) for being instrumental in setting up Looksmart's future, now on a very profitable path. No one needs to explain that to you, or, others. I wouldn't. You have to take your chances on that being accurate. Loyal Shareholders (who do understand) will get their rewards, in good time. LOOK are not here for the daily 'whims' of 'half cent' movement traders, like yourself. It's a bigger picture that that !! Thankfully!!
