That shows me why you think it is a dog stock, lack of basic research... I would never buy into a stock unless I knew atleast roughly what the director has put into a company.
Curious, why do you still hold shares?
If I though a stock was a dog stock, I would preserve my capital and sell rather than wishing upon a star for a turnaound.
