I have the first silly question about equity options for any more educated investors or tax accountants
If I buy and hold RDN for more than 12 months then from a capital gains point of view I am better off (than selling the RDN within the year) as i qualify for a capital gains discount.
Can I check whether this is the same for RDNOA?
I believe options are treated differently than from a capital gain perspective - not sure.
I guess my question is: If I hold RDNOA for more than a year, do I have the same capital gain benefit as holding RDN?
