I am tempted to buy every day but my inaction proves correct each day. The price is just silly for such an advanced project and should be rising on the expectation that the final approval will be granted. I have to agree as the price deteriorates that a low, low bid may come to take over Cokal. I don't know why the likes of Peter and Martino do not gobble up a few of these cheap shares. There should not be any impediment as they just gave a quarterly update supposedly disclosing all information.
