EXPIRY OF 31 OCTOBER 2007 “DRXO” OPTIONS
The Company’s 22 cent options (ASX Code: DRXO) exercisable by 31 October 2007 have expired with 26,277,154 options being exercised by holders out of the 35,127,493 on issue.
On 14 September 2007, the Company announced that it had secured an underwriting agreement with Patersons Securities Limited for the exercise of 30 million of the DRXO options.
A notice of shortfall has today been lodged with the underwriters.
