Hi mate,
You are purchasing the option to by the full share by paying an additional.026 anytime prior to the exercise date( Nov 2020) you can also opt to trade the options anytime prior to the exercise date as well. It's a way of getting a larger number of shares initially then convert later. The question I always ask myself is what will these shares be worth in 2020, I'm thinking a lot more than now. The other benefit of options is that you are not committed to exercising them so if things go south you are only up for the initial outlay not the additional exercise price.
