No, @srinaldi88 because you need to add the exercise price to the option price (.019+ .026 = .045) it's a way of locking in more shares for the future conversion when the price is much higher ( hopefully)
Example you have $3500 dollars you can either buy (a)100,000 full shares or (b)184,210 options if the price goes to .10c per share then you would have (a) $10,000 dollars for you full shares or $13632 for you options once exercised (18,421 -4,789)
