The results could be worse or better than that estimate, but a lot of whether a commercial mine will result is cost to get a product to market IMO.
With potential for minimal capex on transport of ore once delivered to stockpile location for loading on to a FMG train and port and ship, costs for benefication of ore can be higher than other mines who are next to unfriendlies, like BHP and RIO or just plain in the middle of no-where, where they are faced with trucking ore 300km.
