They are low ball, which is why you can throw some confidence behind them now. When TSV announces good clean gas, then we re-rate.
That is also why I specified my conditions, which is more than I can say for most published npv's Transerv's were one of the best- but they didn't specify the discount rate. [rate of return on you money if you were to buy the company for that price]
I did however specify 15% discount rate 1 Tcf reserves (nice and comfy for 1-3Tcf) $6 Gj (recent WA contracts $8) the big one in regards to next ann is 2 mmcfd per well for first three years
MOST IMPORTANTLY 2 extra cents for 4mmcfd 8.5 cents [triple today's sp]
The company is claiming to be able to produce 5+ mmcfd
That would be huge and I have my estimates for that occuring. But I prefer to keep a liitle grounded.
