Companies often make announcements befor option conversion date. In this case Heg has spent alot of time and money this quarter to come up with a reserve upgrade. The drilling results IMHO infers a 250000 resource on the one prospect. The mine is cranking away treating around 130 tpd of high grade ore recovering about 2 kg perday. It will not be long with extra cash for them to crank up to a rate of 40 k/a.
With an immediate annoucement it would clear the way for a underwriting with full disclosure.
Option holders willget a last chance.
