After the terrific work of HAV establishing a world class resource, it is difficult to watch the current events and especially the lacklustre plan to get us into production.
I've studied Explorers for a long time .... especially focussing on success v non success. Lots of attributes make the difference, but if I was to select the main one it is Management. We have had fabulous management (just my view) as an explorer... but IMO we are stumbling around how we get to production. To highlight my point, just imagine for a moment if say Twiggy Forrest was leading us now. I am certain that more would be happening and outcome would be different / better. Anyway, back to reality.
