I'm sure a company as big and diverse as BHP would have easily found positions for them. Particularly as over the last few years good men are hard to find in the mining industry.

One of the downsides of the commodities boom has been costs blow outs. And one of the biggest reasons for these blow outs has been wages due to lack of good staff. When salaries have been going up and up and up, you have to ask yourself why these five are running in the opposite direction to the rest of the pack.

Maybe they have NFI but I don't think so.
