Helllooooo of course, they can go it alone if they think they are substantial enough or in unison with another JVP,... yet hey if they have a substantial story the Europeans will stomach then hey go it alone....after all its just another forum to raise capital for the cause... they need to be "positioned asap" for if you dont have funding platforms positioned then you will be tooo late to be positioned if all goes north rapidly (or even south for that matter as your already listed)... excellent move I say..
