I have finance qualifications, and part of the study involved ASIC policy statements. So you see, I KNOW the law. One of the policy statements says, and I quote:
"an individual statement of securities advice is unlikely to satisfy the "conduct of business" rule, and therefore the person making such a statement will not require a licence"
If you are going to have a battle of wit, please make sure you carry more than half.
