the notice of expiry for options goes out 30 days prior to expiry so that holders have sufficient time to consider if they wish to exercise their options.
If the new IER comes in positive the Bhushan sellback period will not end until after options expiry.
Considering the circumstances all parties with the exception of Bhushan (BWN directors, ASX, ASIC) will either be bound by fiduciary duties or governance requiremets to see the expiry date extended. We will have to see how the next report comes in first.
