    I'm thinking :)
    Now if one option contract covers 1000 shares and you can exercise your contract at the strike of 25 cents.

    Then would it be 25*1000 or $250 per contract to exercise?

    I guess if you have 100 contracts it would cost $25000 to exercise them all?

    As I said I am also a newbie and I hope I haven't confused you. Let me know if my understanding is wrong.
