Thanks Lindfield a break sounds like just the thing :)

I am right into this options study and I'm really enjoying it - after years of being phased by the very idea of trading options. Thanks for you reference - I will look into it.
I reckon I will be another month and then I should be able to have an intelligent converstaion with myself about options, and start testing the ways they can make us some money, more safely, especially in this volatile market.

This thread is great for me ( thanks to the generous posters). I might be able to contribute something as well, once I come up with my strategies and test them.
