He basically stated that what I had said was effectively right and gave no detail on any of my questions, so I really didn't get much further than you...will persist though as that is part of this companies problem...no commitment to timelines on critical milestones!!
Oh, I was simply stating to him that he/MM should take the reigns and manage...not something that seems to be their forte...their timelines via performance penalties, etc...
