Sounds good on paper Abbaxid but is it true? has the data usage figures been independently compared, tested and proven?

Or it is just a claim from the company?

It would be a good point for ZipT no doubt but really, if you have a great working app that you are comfortable with and all of your friends and workmates on it, will you change to an unknown app with less performance and features list just because it s going to save you 2 dollars a month ? if that.


Do I ever think of data usage when I make a phone call on viber ? it is a great app and the calls and messages are free and it is silky smooth in operation. plus it is totally free on Wi-Fi anyway


So yes a good point but for most it is not the deal breaker... take a second and think of it!


I believe this is why they are beating the drums of India, 2G, the poor population and the bad infrastructure... because they know once they are out there competing with everyone else, any paper advantage they might have would be immediately diminished.
