Another question @tiptruck. Is it not the case tranche 1 have already been issued and paid for? And 1 could suggest/assume a few of the CR participants have more than likely already taken their 20-30% profits off the table and sold out.
Can you answer why these options are subject to SH approval? As compared to just being part of the CR deal without the need for a vote?
I ask these questions as I've never heard of CR participants reversing or attempting to withdraw their funds especially when trading at a 33% premium to their original cash injection.
